Scheduling - Time off or Sick Days
Would be nice to mark technicians off on certain days or if they are sick so the scheduler has an idea who to book on which day.
customer onboarding in technicians app
Our technicians install the customer equioment, current new made an app that they can onboard a new customer, very simply it captures primary information,Geo data and we upload copy of their ID what is important as well is we cpture what inventory is allocated and sometimes inventory taken form an nactive customer and reallocatde to a new cusotmer so automation of that would also be nice to have it in the technicians app.

Enhance WhatsApp Integration with Automated Invoices and Notification
Hi, I’d like to request a feature for WhatsApp integration in Splynx. It would be helpful if the system could: Automatically send invoices to customers via WhatsApp. Send important notifications like: Blocking alerts when service is blocked. Payment reminders or confirmations. Notifications for plan changes. This would make communication easier and more efficient since many customers prefer WhatsApp over email or SMS. Thanks,
Deletion of Administrators
Have the ability to delete administrators from Splynx that are no longer needed or required without losing the administrators audit and communication history. For example an administrator that has left the business. Add the ability to enable/disable/suspend an administrator Delete administrator from user list Retain administrators history, ie audit log, email communication for the user.
Mandatory Checklist
We have technicians that regularly skip the checklist when in a hurry. We need a way to make them mandatory to complete the task and proceed to the next one.
Whatsapp Reporting
Similar to how ticket reporting is in Splynx, a system to report on Whatsapp communication. If this can use the following perimeters as an example: Avg. response time on messages Avg. first response time Avg. conversation resolution/close time Ticket created for conversation With this we are trying to monitor chats on the integrated Whatsapp in Splynx, currently we aren’t able to see any of these details. We would like to use this to manage agents and ensure that they are responding to customers and not just closing customers chats as well as see how many of our support tickets get resolved through Whatsapp

Inbound SMS
Is there a plan for inbound SMS? We use SMS for most of our customer ticket interactions. Customers find this less intrusive that a phone call and much quicker then email. We send the customer Questions and updates to their ticket and they usually respond almost immediately. This allows us to solve the customers issue much quicker.
Copy Quotes
It would be neat to have the ability to copy quotes, for example when quoting multiple variances of the same solution.
Sign after job is finished (scheduling)
Ticketing system in regions such as the Pacific would require jobs out on the field where Technicians may visit customers. It would require customer's signature accepting the work being done if charged. Is there any way to look at a roadmap with ticketing system that can have: Assigned Tasks/Job can have Job cards that can be customizable, the job card can be printed or the team can just use it online with a tablet. A nice feature to have with this is the ability to capture customer's signature with a stylish, digital pen.
Referral System visible on client app
At the moment the Referral System is only visible on the client portal. However most of our clients only use the app. Please integrate this into the app dashboard.
Inventory UX Issues
When returning item to Stock Location, Splynx doesn't automatically change the stock location from “Customer Premises” OR give you an option to choose a stock location. This also happens when unlinking an item from Network Site. Scenario: 1) Customer radio was upgraded from Ubiquiti PowerBeam 5AC to Tarana CBRS RN 2) Employee assigns Tarana CBRS RN to customer account via Inventory → Actions → Assign to customer/lead 3) Employee returns used Ubiquiti PowerBeam 5AC to inventory via Inventory → Actions → Return → Return 4) Equipment now shows Status: In Stock but also has kept Stock location: Customer Premises. Employee now has to manually change stock location via Inventory → Actions → Change Stock Location → Stock Location → Save Relevant to above: When using Action→ “Return” or Action → “Unlink from network site” to return an item to inventory stock, default state is "new" when returning, even if the item was previously marked “Used” at the existing deployed location (e.g. Customer Premises, Network Site Premises, etc). If an item is marked “Used”, it should be assumed, and default, to be “Used” upon return (it could still be manually marked otherwise if desired) "Please Insert Barcode" red text error on inventory MAC address is not always needed. Not every inventory-worthy item has a MAC address. When creating the product it should be a checkbox to enable or disable MAC address field, setting the default state of this toggle in the Config → Networking → Device Types section, just like “Create hardware with this item” appears in this section, but can still manually enable or disable the toggle when manually adding items. “Please Insert Barcode” error should only appear if MAC field is toggled on in the first place. When assigning a New item to a Network Site, Splynx does not automatically change the item from “New” to “Used”. Once equipment has been deployed into service, it should no longer be considered New and should automatically be marked Used (with the option to keep “New” if desired from the dropdown. Currently, the item remains marked New after deployment. Additionally, the New/Used mark cannot be edited while the item is deployed, so correcting it requires unlinking/returning the item to stock, changing the mark, and then deploying it again. Inventory table does not preserve the current page after an action or refresh. When working in Inventory → Items, with enough items to span multiple pages, Splynx always returns the user to page 1 after performing an action on an item. For example: if the user is on page 3 and edits, assigns, returns, or otherwise modifies an item, the table reloads on page 1 instead of returning to page 3. The same occurs when using the Splynx table's built-in Refresh button. This makes working through large inventories unnecessarily cumbersome. The current page, filters, sorting, and other table state should be preserved when refreshing the table or completing an item action.
Helpful improvement for the Calendar
It would be nice to have the background of each task to be color coded to match the status of said job. So we could easily see the job has changed status without opening each job.
Add Vendor Column/Filter to Inventory Items
Please add the Product Vendor/Manufacturer as an available column and filter under Inventory → Items. For example, this would allow filtering: Status = In stock Vendor = MikroTik This would make it much easier to quickly view all inventory from a particular manufacturer without filtering individual products.
Header for Inventory Section> Information Tab
Can Headers be included in the Inventory section please
Search Address for additional Internet Services
I am currently unable to search for the addresses of additional internet services. From Splynx: Unfortunately the native Address field on the service is not currently indexed by the global search
Scheduled Tasks colors
we need an option to be able to use the scheduled tasks and while working in the table view. The status labels are defaulted to a blue color. We need to be able to change these colors to make certain statuses stand out more.

Additional Customer Contacts aka "Contact book"
A potential improvement to Splynx could be the addition of a dedicated contact management feature for clients. This would involve the ability to create individual contact profiles, allowing for the entry of details such as name, email, phone, alternate phone numbers, and roles (e.g., billing, technical) associated with specific clients. Furthermore, it could be beneficial to add customizable contact preferences, such as the option to receive SMS, email notifications, or payment reminders. The current method of managing multiple phone numbers and emails via comma separation is limited, as it doesn’t distinguish between contacts, and including a landline in the phone field can cause issues with SMS services. An individual contact system could also open the possibility for additional features, like tracking birthdays or storing marketing-related data, such as a contact's interests.
Link customers to one account
For example, if we have one customer with 50 locations, we want the ability to allocate services to each location so they appear in sub-sections of the invoice. The purpose of this feature is to create a "main-sub" linkage between accounts to enable all service payments from sub-accounts to be transferred to a main account. Additionally, there will be a second flow where the main account can link sub-accounts without linking billing. Both individual and business profiles can serve as main and sub-accounts. Feature Requirements: General Requirements: Linking will only be possible through a request in the admin panel. The main account can manage sub-account services. Aggregated Billing Mode: Only recurring customers can be linked as sub-accounts with payments handled by the main account. Sub-accounts must have a zero balance. Admins will manually adjust debits/credits for sub-accounts before linking. Billing will be fully disabled for sub-accounts, removing access to billing visibility, payments, and financial documents. Sub-accounts will follow the main account’s billing date. All payments will be handled exclusively by the main account once linked. Separated Billing Mode: Only admins and the main account will see information about the connections between the main and sub-accounts.
PPPoE first authentication start billing
Place PPPoE in a state where no billing takes place. When it auths for the first time the status automatically change to active and billing starts.
WhatsApp canned response
Canned responses for WhatsApp chats
Different aliases(email addresses) notifications
Implement different email addresses for different ticket groups to notify customers. support@ billing@ sales@ etc. need mailboxes for finances, leads, etc, and be able to select from which mailbox to send in mass sending.
Live bandwidth usage for DHCP clients
Can we get Live bandwidth usage for DHCP clients. I found that the Live bandwidth usage is very useful, especially when the client can see this information from their portal. However, this feature is not available for clients that connect via DHCP instead of PPPOE to the BRAS/NAS. With the additional overhead when using PPPOE DHCP is becoming the preferred alternative.
Android Administrator App for notifications - support APP
It would be nice to have an App for the Administrators, the purpose to be able to get push notifications for WhatsApp and tickets and respond to them as well. To also access customer's details on the app
Scheduler Push Notifications
Push Notifications to mobile app if new task assigned to logged in user.
Sign Up form tune
Customize-able Sign Up form on company website. Having a customize-able sign up form with the ability to add GEO data as well would help a lot. Costumer when signing up will be able to add there address or drag the arrow on a google map window to the exact point where he needs the installation. Also add the ability to add the service to the form automatically after a client selected the sign up button under a package on the company website. e.g When a client brows the options listed on the website and select it, it should automatically add it to the form when redirected to the sign up form. This form should also be easy to change because most websites these day are interactive websites and need to accommodate all type of devices. The standard sign up widget that works with a script is a good starting point and can easily be added to a website but this need to have more customize able features like changing the layout adding a google map window, automatically add the service to the form, comments etc.
Integrate inventory into scheduling
Link inventory into scheduling to provide an easier way to link inventory to task and change status regarding task flow.
