A potential improvement to Splynx could be the addition of a dedicated contact management feature for clients. This would involve the ability to create individual contact profiles, allowing for the entry of details such as name, email, phone, alternate phone numbers, and roles (e.g., billing, technical) associated with specific clients.
Furthermore, it could be beneficial to add customizable contact preferences, such as the option to receive SMS, email notifications, or payment reminders. The current method of managing multiple phone numbers and emails via comma separation is limited, as it doesn’t distinguish between contacts, and including a landline in the phone field can cause issues with SMS services.
An individual contact system could also open the possibility for additional features, like tracking birthdays or storing marketing-related data, such as a contact's interests.
