Add Vendor Column/Filter to Inventory Items

Please add the Product Vendor/Manufacturer as an available column and filter under Inventory → Items.

For example, this would allow filtering:

Status = In stock
Vendor = MikroTik

This would make it much easier to quickly view all inventory from a particular manufacturer without filtering individual products.
