Ticketing system in regions such as the Pacific would require jobs out on the field where Technicians may visit customers. It would require customer's signature accepting the work being done if charged.
Is there any way to look at a roadmap with ticketing system that can have:
Assigned Tasks/Job can have Job cards that can be customizable, the job card can be printed or the team can just use it online with a tablet.
A nice feature to have with this is the ability to capture customer's signature with a stylish, digital pen.
