We're currently reviewing this request and want to make sure we build exactly what you need. We see two possible directions here and would love your input on which one (or both) matters most to you:
Duplicate existing quote — a "Copy" or "Duplicate" button on an existing quote that creates a new quote pre-filled with the same services, pricing, and notes. You'd then tweak the details as needed. Great for quoting multiple variations of the same solution for a specific lead.
Quote templates — reusable templates configured in advance (e.g. "Business Package", "Residential Basic") that you can select when creating a new quote, and it auto-fills the services. Great for standardizing frequently offered packages across all leads.
Questions for you:
Which of these two options would solve your day-to-day problem?
Do you typically need to copy a quote within the same lead, or also across different leads?
How many quote variations do you usually create per lead?
Your answers will directly shape what we deliver. Thanks!

A duplicate button would be very nice for us day to day, but also the ability to build templates would be neat too. If duplicating a quote, usually within the same lead. For bigger quotes I sometimes do anywhere from 3-5 options when doing more MSP side quoting.

Answers on your questions: 1. Quote templates will solve daily problem - duplicate existing quote will solve a weekly problem. 2. Both - we would like to copy within same lead and across. 3. Depends, but sometimes up to 3x quotes is needed to present some options for the customer to choose from.

Duplicate quote inside the same customer would be a kill feature. This feature is basically implemented on all CRM software.

So the same as datonet , being able to create a copy of a customer would be extremely helpfull , a quotation version system could aslo work . To add to this creating the ability to have a quote template for standard items that are quoted again and again would be helpfull .
