I couldn’t agree more. In the admin portal we train the AI by providing knowledge base articles covering all aspects of the business. Coupled with the existing OSS/BSS data in Splynx the Chatbot will provide immediate, accurate, helpful information, and responses to customers. It could even assist the support engineer with real time troubleshooting steps on a case by case basis. It could run scripts automatically under certain conditions to resolve an incident. For example, restart a CPE without human intervention. This is an absolute game changer for ISPs
