A.I. draft reply for Whatsapp and Tickets

It would be nice to have an AI assistant to draft a response to emails and whatsapp.

It should be able to consider all the customer’s previous communication and draft a response based on the agent’s input.

Many times we have to repeat the standard processes to customers, like our accounts policies, etc. The AI should be able to learn our policies and draft replies.
