Enhance WhatsApp Integration with Automated Invoices and Notification

Feature Request

Hi,

I’d like to request a feature for WhatsApp integration in Splynx. It would be helpful if the system could:

  1. Automatically send invoices to customers via WhatsApp.

  2. Send important notifications like:

    • Blocking alerts when service is blocked.

    • Payment reminders or confirmations.

    • Notifications for plan changes.

This would make communication easier and more efficient since many customers prefer WhatsApp over email or SMS.

    Whatsapp Mass Sending and Template feedback

    I have tested the mass sending through whatsapp

    1)Templates are rejected and them accepted later on .

    2)Templates can only be sent if they are saved as marketing and not utility.I had Customers opting out which shouldn`t be the case for outstanding balance notifications.

    3)When sending mass messages can we in exckude only cusotmers with no inventory allocated.

    This would be a game changer. Most of my clients rely on WhatsApp for communication. Email isn’t really used.
