Great to see that you have added the feature for can responses to the WhatsApp messages - how about making the already created templates accessible as canned responses? I mean we have already created them….

Hello @afutter,
Unfortunately, we can’t do it, because for the main templates we use Wisiwig editor, and for Whatsapp it’s only plain text without formatting.
You can copy-paste templates as plain text.

I’m also really missing this feature since moving my support from Freshchat over to splynx. This, and also auto responses for outside business hours.
