Sign after job is finished (scheduling)

Feature Request

Ticketing system in regions such as the Pacific would require jobs out on the field where Technicians may visit customers. It would require customer's signature accepting the work being done if charged.

Is there any way to look at a roadmap with ticketing system that can have:

  • Assigned Tasks/Job can have Job cards that can be customizable, the job card can be printed or the team can just use it online with a tablet.

  • A nice feature to have with this is the ability to capture customer's signature with a stylish, digital pen.

    In-field Job Card

    Currently you need to generate a contract for the technician to sign-off a job card in field

    Design a job card template and save as PDF from the in-field technical app. Can then be sign-off by the customer and send to their email

    I guess lot of firm need the signature after job task completed and let client sign for acceptance.

    I see Splynx can print the job card which is excellent! but it can’t print out from App, and it can’t add client signature yet.

    would be like to capture client signature, so we can go paperless, as we can print/export PDF with CLIENT SIGNTURE and send via email to client as copy, so account can charge accordingly and kept signature as client acceptance.

    The customer’s signature on completed work orders/tasks/jobs is a critical feature! Many times we have businesses whose accountant will not release payment unless one of their employees has signed off (via employee signature). Please can you bring this in
