When a client becomes inactive because they no longer have a service with us and they then send a WhatsApp message either to enquire about a new service or for some other reason, there is no notification of the message arriving!
These are ignored - missed opportunities and really upset potential customers. Can these be flagged as unread in the WhatsApp bubble?
