Our response times on WhatsApp when clients reply to a message is not as good as when they reply to a ticket, simply because you don’t get notifications outside of the Splynx interface apart from when there’s a new conversation.
There are a couple of possibilities that I think would help.
An email, SMS and/or WhatsApp notification if a WhatsApp reply goes unanswered for a configurable amount of time
Browser alerts when there are new messages (Think Facebook etc)
A dedicated Splynx notification app for admins where we can toast notifications
Would be great if we could choose what notifications to receive via the App so as to be able to prioritise cerain types of alerts.
