Whatsapp intergration is essential but not by using 3rd parties like twilio.We currently exporting out invoices and importing the data to chatrace so we can send out invoice notifications.Also we using chatrace for customer service it would be nice if we could just do it through Splynx.

It would be nice if Splynx can send bill/invoices via WhatsApp as well, since WhatsApp is now the one of major contact path between users and business. Seems no one is reading emails or there are not focusing email these days and missed communication or invoices via email.

Hello @Jesse Archer. We think about it. For now, we have two main requests to extend communication channels to Telegram and SMS. Stay tuned for our roadmap updates.
