UserMentions in all Text blocks

Here’s a draft request for the devs:

Feature Request: @userMentions in text block with Notifications

Hi Team,

Imagine being able to @mention a team member in notes or text fields, and they would receive a notification (email, app, or dashboard alert).

This would be incredibly useful for:

• Task handovers: Notify someone when they need to take over or follow up on a ticket or task.

• Collaboration: Alert specific people about critical updates or details in a customer record or ticket.

• Accountability: Ensuring tasks or next steps are assigned and acknowledged without extra steps like messaging outside Splynx.

For example:

• In a note, typing something like “@John” would trigger a notification to John with a link to the ticket, task, or customer profile.

• Optionally, include a summary of the note in the notification.

This would be a game-changer for improving workflow and communication! Looking forward to your thoughts ;)
