Uploaded document with same fields as the generated contracts

Most of our contracts are still pdfs that we create in Excel. It would be VERY handy if the Generate/Contract has an upload file option along with the load template. So those contracts will still be reported in the Contract Report and we an keep track of the renewal dates.

We can upload them as documents, but there is not an option for contract term and documents are not included in the reports. Can we get a report for all documents? This will also be handy. Under the Contract Report, have an option for Documents and Contracts. Right now it just looks for contracts.
