We have some customers that are always behind with payments (even if we charge the activation fee)! And when they pay (or come to pay) it’s always just enough to get them back online but certain amount would be left unpaid.
We’d like an option to disable customer activation Unless the balance is 0 (or positive). This needs to be per-customer option…
