Turn taxes off by customer.

Feature Request

Would be nice to be able to turn taxes off based on the customer. Would stop the assesive amount of plans and when things change that not everything would need to be changed.

    We have a number of customers that are tax exempt. It would be very handy to be able to mark the accounts as tax exempt regardless of the plan.
