Tickets - Predefined Ticket Views

It would be beneficial to have the ability to create predefined “views” of tickets based on specific filter settings.

For instance, a view could be set up to display all open tickets in the accounts queue that are not in “awaiting customer” status.

This feature would simplify the ticket management process for our staff, who find the current method of toggling multiple filters confusing and unintuitive.
