Tickets - opt out of SMS updates

We’ve turned on SMS notification so for any update from agent to customer, the customer will receive an SMS.

It would be great to have the option to turn off SMS notifications generated by tickets on a customer by customer basis - just a checkbox on the customer’s main account will do.

For the vast majority of customers SMS is great, but there will be the odd one that finds SMS annoying and would prefer just to receive emails.
