Ticket plotting on a map

Since we have the geolocation information of clients, it would be nice to see on a map, which areas tickets are logged from. This way, when there is an outage or issue affecting clients in a particular area, it will be easy to visually identify this by looking at the map.

Our municipality has such a feature for electricity outages. Only they allow the public to also see the map. So maybe that would be a nice addition. To be able to display a map on our website that shows location of certain types of tickets. I.e. if we label a ticket as an outage. then that ticket location is shown on the map on our website. This way, clients who visit the website can get an idea of whether they are the only ones with the issue or if it’s an outage and then decide if they want to log a ticket or not.
