Ticket Automations or Triggers Based on Time and Day

It would be really great if we can set ticket automation for specific hours during specific days of the week.

For example
- Mon - Fri 5pm to 8pm - where a trigger can be set to escalate if the ticket that has been unattended for 1 hour or longer
- Sat - Sun 8am - 8pm - where a trigger can be set to escalate if the ticket has been unattended for 2 hours or longer
