Statement attached to customer invoice

Currently Splynx only sends out invoices and would need to send statements separately from the monthly invoices.

An option to attach the customers statement to their monthly invoices would be great as currently sending it separately is quite the inconvenience and customers tend to question the multiple mails for both the invoice and the statement.

An example when it gets sent out would be a single PDF where the first page would be the customers invoice and the second page would be their statement.
