Currently, admins are unable to cancel a service or account effectively. If a service, such as internet, recurring, or voice, is set to stop today but the customer has paid through the end of the month, no automatic refund or adjustment is made for the unused service period, leaving admins to calculate this manually.
When "Refund unused money" is enabled, we propose a feature that automatically issues a refund or reduces the due amount based on the selected cancellation date. This will streamline the process for both admins and customers.
