Add a field to the ticket where we can add a follow up/reminder date to the ticket. Then on the dashboard, a list of the tickets that need to be followed up with for that week is shown. It doesnβt matter who it is assigned to, but maybe filtered by tickets assigned to you may be helpful.
This can be helpful in a couple of different ways, but the way we would use it most is in providing quotes for services. A quote has to be done by a certain date, or after the quote is sent has a reminder to follow up with the customer in 30 days before the quote expires.
