Most important improvement for Tasks would be two-way sync. We have to create fake tasks to block technician time off. This is messy and creates several unnecessary steps.

You can do this - however it does not block out the time across these users' calendars, especially where those members may be in other teams as well.

Hello @DesertDweller. You can do this by creating teams and assigning tasks to teams.
The trouble is that we don't always assign an entire team. For example, we have a team for installers. On bigger jobs, we want to send more than one tech and that will change depending on availability. Therefore the only way is to be able to multi-select users.
