Proper 3CX Integration

We do not have SSH access to our 3CX environment as most do not that opt not to self-host, because performing maintenance and keeping it secure is not something I want on my plate while I am doing it for everything else.

Our primary concern revolves around allowing external SSH access, which would open us up to significant risk. Typically, other CRM integration's or commands run are for installing additional software that makes an API endpoint available to an external CRM.

Looking through Splynx guide, it appears to be using 3CX V16 Screenshots, which implies old methods of data retrieval. It could be beneficial to update this procedure for database retrieval to align with more current, secure methods, perhaps via an API.
