Performance numbers
It would be cool to see other performance numbers, like customers added last 7 days, last 30 days, last 60 days, last 6 months, last 12 months Statistics, how many customers changed status from active to inactive. Stats how many customers have changed tariff to more expensive, how many to cheaper one, per selectable periods. Average invoice amount, etc.

Sorry to hear about your concerns.
We released bunch of new features, some of which were not included in the presentation. However, we sent an email to our clients with detailed release notes and a changelog outlining all the changes.
The chart you're looking for is available on the Dashboard and is mentioned towards the end of the release notes.

I have seen the customer chart but reading the feature request, the information required and the feature release do not really match.
Hope that you will in future be able to re-visit the request and more performance data can be extracted.

We always try to extend the amount of charts/reports and it’s one of the first steps to show ISP owners the main information about how to change the status of accounts to see if their business performs well.
