Payrix/Worldpay Fees on invoices

When using payrix or worldpay or really any payment processer.

Ability too

A setting that so that fees get added to a separate invoice. (This already exists for Pro forma invoices just needs to be expanded to recurring and onetime)
If the fee gets added to the existing invoice a setting that will resend the invoice once it’s updated with the fee.
