Package Demo Upgrade

The ability to upgrade a customer’s speed for X amount of days without any financial implication on the customer

Example:

Customer is saturating their line and phone support. The customer is then upgraded temporary for 5 days without impacting their billing or doing a plan change.

After the 5 days the customer reverts back to the original plan and can then decide if they want to upgrade or not.

Plan changes make this process very difficult.

Also keep in mind that you can specify in admin portal how many days a customer can test the new package example

2 Days

3 Days

7 days

Keep the customer on the same price but with speed upgrade to test the next tier package
