Outage page

A custom outage page where support staff can declare outages, maintenance or automatically map outages based on hardware monitoring on Splynx.

This page/URL can then be referenced on the customer portal, Live Chat as well as company website to inform customers of service impacting events.

Inter departments can also be informed regarding outages on the main dashboard.
