Feature Request

A custom outage page where support staff can declare outages, maintenance or automatically map outages based on hardware monitoring on Splynx.

This page/URL can then be referenced on the customer portal, Live Chat as well as company website to inform customers of service impacting events.

Inter departments can also be informed regarding outages on the main dashboard.

    Linking customers to outages (Hardware Monitoring) an sending a push notification via the mobile app would be a game changer.

    I would say that this would be a high priority - it can be a massive help in maybe using a push technology to the mobile app so that major outages can also be notified to customers immediately
