Network Site Tasks

It would be nice to be able to assign tasks to a network site, or schedule future tasks such as a yearly maintenance that needs done at a site.

A contract view would also be cool so we could also keep track of tower site contracts and upcoming expiration dates instead of relying on an external program or remembering to check the uploaded documents on a network site.
