Desperately need the functionally to have multiple numbers in WhatsApp e.g. Sales number and Support number with the feature to select what number is used when contacting a customer. Additionally to be able to assign messages to agents from different numbers e.g. support staff get assigned messages from support number, sales staff get assigned messages from sales number. This is an essential part of the WhatsApp use case, and exists in FreshChat (which I’m wanting to move away from)
