Messaging Blocked Clients

It would be great to have a multi-select option within the blocked report.

This functionality would allow us to send messages (via SMS or email) to clients immediately after they have been blocked or to select a specific period when they were blocked.

This would significantly improve communication and ensure clients are promptly informed about their account status
