It would be great to have the ability to send WhatsApp messages to multiple customers, (eg: network notifications, marketing offers, invoices). Twilio provides the ability to add call to action buttons to your template (eg: click-through to your website), but Splynx does not recognise this template or allow it. It would be wonderful to have more options in terms of template formats. In addition, we would like to be able to add variables to the WhatsApp templates so that we can add customer-specific details to the message.
