Mass Messaging: Sending SMS and Email simultaneously

Is there a way to add this as a feature? We frequently blast our clients via SMS and Email simultaneously if there is an outage at a tower or something, and we just have to do it twice. Is there a way to add this as a feature to just do both simultaneously?
