MAC Address Vendor Identification

Has Splynx considered using an API to identify MAC address vendors under Statistics > Internet?

We work with multiple hardware vendors, each with its unique access methods. It would be beneficial if, when viewing an online session or a log, we could see the vendor (e.g., ZTE, MikroTik, etc.) listed at the bottom of the session details.

A service like https://macvendors.com could be used for this purpose.

    This shouldn’t even require a service / “API” - the OUI / MAC address database is available to download and save locally, and it isn’t updated that frequently. Most MAC lookups in products simply save the DB in their software and run lookups against the local database (rather than hitting an API / using bandwidth to look it up each time).
