Label Filter/Export

Hello

Labels are a big part of our companies daily operations, we use it to filter Tower Owners, New Sign-on Customer and even Acquisitions.

This helps us understand the life cycle and revenue return of a large group of information.

What we are looking for, is that everywhere where we can Export or Search with a Partner/Location Ability, we need to be able to do it with Labels, This means as well seeing invoices per Label for customers, Charging on Labels.

Basically if a Customer has a Label, we would like to be able to filter/export on it!

    Hi Vitalii,

    Apologies for the delayed response.

    When I say "everywhere," I mean literally everywhere. It's challenging to list every instance, but essentially, we need to use the label wherever there is an export function.

    This includes:

    • All customer exports

    • The Finance Tab, including invoices and credit notes

    • Discount pages and reports

    The label functionality is heavily utilized by our team in these areas.

You typed that it should appear "everywhere where we can Export or Search with a Partner/Location Ability". Could you please provide a list of the pages where it may be useful in your opinion?

    You can now sort Customers by labels on the Customers/List table. Also, we can think about adding "Customers labels" to Finance/Invoices table.

      Regarding your question about where the labels should appear, here is a comprehensive list of the pages where it would be beneficial to have this feature:

      1. Customers/List Table

      2. Finance/Invoices Table

      3. Export Page

      4. Transactions Page

      5. Payment History

      6. Service Plans

      7. Customer Profiles

      8. Reporting and Analytics Pages

      9. Discount Management Pages

      10. Location Management Pages

      In essence, we would like the labels to be added wherever the logic is applied for filtering. This enhancement would greatly improve our ability to manage and analyze customer data effectively.
