Item State - add Disposed Of

We need to keep track of items that we have recycled or just thrown away. Sometimes we may even sell old items in an auction. We need to keep track of what happened to this item after it was taken out of service. So if anyone wanted to do an audit, they would not expect to find that device in the building.
