IP address placeholder

Hello Splynx Team,

I would like to request a new placeholder feature that allows inserting a customer’s service IP address into system messages, templates, and notifications. Currently, placeholders support general customer fields (name, login, balance, etc.), but it seems there’s no option to dynamically pull an IP address from a customer’s services.

This would be especially useful in customer communications and automation tasks. Since customers can have multiple services, the feature would ideally need flexible options, such as:

1. Single Service Mode

  • {{service_ip}} → inserts the IP address of the default or primary service.

2. Multi-Service Mode

  • A {{services}} block that can loop through all active services on an account, exposing fields like:

    • {{service.name}}

    • {{service.plan}}

    • {{service.ip}}

3. Filtered Mode

  • Ability to target a specific service type or keyword, e.g.:

    • {{service_ip type="internet"}}

    • {{service_ip match="Camera"}}

4. Bulk Send Options
When sending notifications:

  • “Send once per customer” → Inserts IP from the default service.

  • “Send per active service” → Sends a tailored message for each active service with its own IP.

Example: Migrating all statically assigned IP addresses in a range to another range. This requires informing all customers about their old and new static IP information. This must be done manually right now if i’m not mistaken.

This enhancement would save significant time, reduce manual edits, and improve customer communications by automatically pulling in accurate service-level details.
