Can we have a general document manager where we can upload application forms, terms of conditions and other documents in say PDF format that our team can access and print or send directly to customers as required.
A previous radius software we used had the ability to upload a document that can be used by the team to distribute to any customer.
How would I upload a PDF file to the “Document” template as described above?

Hello @Charl,
Thank you for your request. Unfortunately, you cannot upload and store your own PDF documents in the system. However, you can work with template documents using the Template functionality. You can create a template of the type "Documents" and use it to send to customers or print/download as needed.
Each template has the capability to convert placeholders into real customer data, so when sending it, the information will render correctly.
