FUP > CAP > Monthly Limits > Set fixed speed > Contention / Queue

In the current setup when a customer hits FUP we can set a specific Speed as action of hitting this FUP. So, if i set the rule to give customer 5M as a FUP access speed each single customer subscribed to the package gets a dedicated 5M.

If you can configure this action to be in a contention (maybe 1:12) for each customer who hits FUP speed and the queue up the 5M pipe. When their are less customers they will get 5M.

In short, a simple QoS setup with contention for Set fixed speed action in CAP would be awesome.
