Function to apply tariff increase to existing subscribers

Some of the non-internet tariff plans we sell is subject to an annual price escalation. It would be great if one had the ability to download the tariff plan details, amend pricing (at a set date) and then to be able to upload this to Splynx.

The alternative at the moment is to submit planned changes to each client individually (circa 2000) and this will take a lot of time.
