Flexible scheduling of automated communication channels

Improve and expand the existing scheduling capability by standardising it across currently available, and future communication channels, i.e., email, SMS, and Social Media platforms. Add flexibility so one can choose to schedule not only on fixed or flexible numerical dates, or by choosing the days on which notifications can happen, but rather something akin to an email client calendar style recurring patterns where one has many options to choose from, as exemplified with this screenshot from Thunderbird.

Hopefully, such an approach will help to reach out a customer at an opportune date, missing holidays, weekends, or other times, during which reminding someone about an unpaid bill may have little effect.
