Feature Request: Reseller customization and API call

We would like to request a per tariff commission for resellers for options such as FTTH, FTTB, LTE, etc. the options need to have both a fixed amount option and a percentage based option. With this we would like to have our resellers able to view the dashboard for the resellers which would show them their specific commissions and clients, separate from the other resellers as it currently is, being unique to each reseller.

We would also like 3rd party apps created by our dev to pull and generate information to the reseller module so that we can allocate commissions to specific resellers.
