Feature Request: Native Integration with SmartOLT for ZTE OLT Provisioning

We are currently operating a ZTE GPON infrastructure and actively using SmartOLT for ONU provisioning, splitter mapping, and technician coordination. While Splynx has proven invaluable for CRM, billing, and FSM workflows, we’ve identified a significant opportunity to streamline operations through native integration with SmartOLT’s API.

Specifically, we’re looking to:

Automate ONU provisioning directly from Splynx client onboarding workflows.

Sync SmartOLT splitter/port assignments into Splynx CRM or FSM modules.

Display real-time ONU status and signal metrics within the Splynx client portal.

Enhance technician handoff by embedding SmartOLT’s GPS and StreetView tools into Splynx FSM dispatch.

We understand that custom API bridges are possible, but a native integration would dramatically improve operational clarity, reduce provisioning errors, and enhance the end-user experience.
