Feature Request – Add Call Logging Feature

Hi Splynx Team,

We’d love a Call Logging feature in Splynx similar to what Zoho CRM offers.

The idea is to let us record details of calls made or received from customers — including:

  • Call type (inbound/outbound)

  • Status (completed, no answer, etc.)

  • Date & time

  • Duration

  • Agent name

  • Notes or summary

  • Optional voice recording or link

  • Linked customer/contact/ticket

This would help our sales and support teams keep proper communication history with each customer and generate call reports.

It could simply be a “Log a Call” button on customer or contact pages that opens a form for the above details.
