Feature Proposal: Customer Waiting List with Device Pre-Allocation & Courier Integration

Overview

Add a Waiting List feature in Splynx for pending customers, allowing devices to be pre-allocated and shipped (via Bob Go or similar) before installation. This ensures FIFO (first-in, first-out) processing and faster activations.

Key Features

1. Waiting List Module

   • Track pending customers with stages (Pending, Reserved, Shipped, Installed).

   • Automatic FIFO prioritization with manual override.

2. Device Pre-Allocation

   • Reserve devices from inventory before installation.

   • Status changes automatically (Reserved → Shipped → Active).

   • Auto-link device to customer on activation.

3. Courier Integration (Bob Go)

   • Auto-generate courier orders from Splynx.

   • Store tracking links in customer records.

   • Real-time delivery updates via API/webhooks.

4. Scheduler & Reporting

   • Sync with Splynx Scheduler for installers.

   • Reports on pending installs, shipped devices, and stock forecasts.
