eSignature with Audit Trail & PDF Integrity (eSign Act / eIDAS)

We are implementing a legally compliant electronic signature flow that meets the key requirements of both US eSign Act and EU eIDAS (AdES level).
The feature ensures secure document signing, verifiable user identity, and full protection of document integrity.

Key Components (short):

• Electronic consent with logged approval.

• Full audit trail (login, OTP, consent, signature, IP/UA, timestamps).

• SHA-256 content hash + final signed PDF hash.

• PAdES digital signature for tamper protection.
