Customized Customer Speeds Directly In Customer Accounts

Does Splynx has the capability to modify or customize a single user's package speeds directly in their account after applying a tariff to them? Or do you have to create an actual tariff and switch customers back and forth between tariffs just to be able to test speeds?

Use case: A customer wants to test a new speed, or we want to allow a customer(s) additional speeds temporarily without affecting their pricing at the moment to upsell the customer to a faster speed. In VISP, I was able to do that individually in the customers' account just on their speeds. This was extremely useful for troubleshooting and for upselling.
