Customer monthly data should default to service period not calendar month

Our customers find it difficult to view their monthly data usage in Statistics→Internet.

We believe there should be an option for usage by days to default to the period of their service period. For example, if the customer's service start date is the 23rd of the month then it should show from the 23rd of the previous month.

As most ISPs bill monthly, customers should be able to click back and forward to view the same day span (in this case 23rd-22nd) for previous months.

The total data for the period should be shown without having to click on the "table view" and scroll to the bottom.
